My pain
It is a stain
On my heart
Oh my heart!
I feel it beating
Hard in my chest
But the feelin' ain't nice
I suffer in pain
My troubles
Take me down
Down to a place
That I don't wanna go
But maybe 
Maybe that is a place
We need to go
We need to feel
Feel the pain
So we can know
How we have fallen
When we feel 
Feel the shame
It causes us pain
That pain
Can really hurt
Hurt us bad
But don't you see
There is a way
Through the thicket
You are hurting within
That thicket
Seems harsh and tough
No way out?
But look, see around
The problems on your lap
Do something, yes do something
About your situation
Look around, size it up
How bad are you in 
Is it really that tough?
You can find a way
If you really try 
Find a way out of your thicket
Of problems, of troubles
Take a breath
Have a think
Nothing really stinks that bad
So go and work and get back 
Your mojo 
Find your abilities
Don't succumb to disabilities
Cos your strong
So much stronger than 
You thought
Go and find that solution
But it was the pain
That started your train
Of thoughts
That pain hurts
But now, can't you see
It has given you a spurt
Go forth and give birth
The new you is ready
Go and taste the dew
Cos tomorrow is a new day
And you will rise like yeast
Go East and slay yer beast
Your pain is dying
And you are trying
Life is for the taking 
Your time is nigh!
